Panther Special Inspections specializes in New York City required special inspections. Working closely with institutional clients such as the Metropolitan Museum of Art, Columbia University, NYU and developers, expeditors and architects. Panther provides our clients with a turn-key solution to secure all of the Class 2 inspections required to complete their projects.
Operating since 2013, Panther knows how important Special Inspections are to the construction process. That’s why we track our projects and coordinate the inspections with our clients and their contractors to ensure the inspections happen at the proper times so that projects can close out smoothly. Our leadership team at Panther includes:
- Joel Napach, the principal architect, performs other inspections including Firestopping, Energy Code, Mechanical Systems and Final Inspections
- Lauren Gale, Inspections Coordinator, manages the day to day for Panther including scheduling and coordinating the inspections with contractors, architects and engineers. She also submits the proposals and invoices for services needed.
Our services include Special Inspections, Progress Inspections and Energy Inspections. We also prepare all New York City DOB required TR-1 and TR-8 forms.
